These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeBeacon mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lunamous Tech, LLC ("Lunamous," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using LifeBeacon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use LifeBeacon.

If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

LifeBeacon is an AI-assisted productivity application designed to help users organize tasks, goals, reminders, schedules, and related information.

Features may include:

• AI-powered voice assistant (Athena)
• Task management
• Goal planning
• Calendar integration
• Reminder scheduling
• Nearby places search
• Natural language processing
• Voice interactions
• AI-generated responses

Features may change over time without prior notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Maintaining access to your email address.
• Activities occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate information.

You agree not to impersonate another individual.

4. Subscription Services

Some LifeBeacon features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription plans may include:

• Basic Monthly
• Basic Yearly
• Pro Monthly
• Pro Yearly

Available plans may change over time.

5. Free Trials

If offered, free trials are subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment.

Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play billing policies.

6. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Your payment method will be charged through Apple or Google.

You may cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the Service.
• Interfere with other users.
• Upload malicious software.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Abuse AI features.
• Use LifeBeacon for unlawful purposes.

8. AI Features

LifeBeacon includes artificial intelligence features designed to assist with productivity.

AI responses:

• may be inaccurate,
• may be incomplete,
• should not be considered professional advice.

Always verify important information independently.

9. No Professional Advice

LifeBeacon is not intended to provide:

• medical advice,
• mental health treatment,
• legal advice,
• financial advice,
• tax advice,
• emergency services.

If you require emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

10. Calendar and Reminder Accuracy

LifeBeacon attempts to synchronize reminders and calendar information accurately.

However, we cannot guarantee that reminders, notifications, calendar synchronization, or third-party calendar services will always function without interruption.

Users remain responsible for verifying important appointments and deadlines.

11. Location Services

Location-based features require your permission.

Nearby search results are provided by third-party mapping providers.

We cannot guarantee:

• business accuracy,
• hours of operation,
• availability,
• pricing,
• quality of service.

12. Availability

We strive to keep LifeBeacon available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may be unavailable because of:

• maintenance,
• software updates,
• third-party outages,
• internet failures,
• device limitations.

13. Intellectual Property

LifeBeacon, Athena, the LifeBeacon name, logos, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by Lunamous Tech, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

• copy,
• distribute,
• modify,
• reverse engineer,
• create derivative works,

except as permitted by law.

14. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you create inside LifeBeacon.

By using the Service, you grant Lunamous a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal tasks, notes, goals, or other content.

15. Privacy

Your use of LifeBeacon is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

16. Third-Party Services

LifeBeacon integrates with third-party providers including services for authentication, subscriptions, mapping, artificial intelligence, cloud storage, speech processing, and calendar synchronization.

Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms,
• your account is used fraudulently,
• continued access would create security or legal risks.

You may stop using LifeBeacon at any time.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

LifeBeacon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunamous disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI responses will always be correct,
• reminders will never fail,
• data synchronization will always succeed,
• services will always be uninterrupted.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunamous Tech, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of LifeBeacon.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for LifeBeacon during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunamous Tech, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

21. Changes to the Service

We may:

• modify features,
• remove features,
• introduce new features,
• discontinue portions of the Service,

at our discretion.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lunamous regarding LifeBeacon.

Apple App Store Required EULA

LifeBeacon is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless you provide your own custom end-user license agreement, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies where required by Apple. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA regarding Apple's responsibilities or user rights, the Apple Standard EULA will control to the extent of that conflict.
